Gordon is a BAFTA award winning veteran of the software gamification industry with 20+ years in the Interactive Entertainment Business. He has worked hands-on with over 50 major titles including: Grand Theft Auto, Championship Manager (Football Manager), Littlest Petshop, Petz, Leapster and LEGO. His role is leading the route to gamification via a proven game platform that is currently under development at the Crowd Funding stage – look out for 'Q'.

His first private sector appointment was as the Regional Chief Security Officer for Hewitt Associates, since which he has developed and delivered converged security policy and strategy at a global scale; built highly engaged global multi-functional teams; developed and delivered world class security programmes, successfully navigated the corporate, government and regulatory environments whilst also ensuring that the security risk management profile enabled the organisation's strategic vision of empowering results for clients.
