Birmingham City Council

Birmingham City Council is the metropolitan borough council for the governance of the City of Birmingham, It is the most populated local authority in the UK (excluding counties) with 120 Birmingham City councillors representing over one million people, in 40 wards.

Member from the Ascot Barclay Team are responsible for assisting the Council with Programme and Project Planning to help deal with the Business Transformation of all of the Call Centres for each area being outsourced to a joint venture with Capita. As well as assisting with transformational planning, delivery of a feasibility study on the soft skills assessment of the 1000+ call centre staff has been a core focus.
