Britannia

The Britannia is a financial services institution and trading name of the Co-operative Bank Plc. Before the merger with the Co-operative, Britannia was a mutual building society, with headquarters in Leek, Staffordshire. It was the second largest building society in the UK. Britannia provides financial services both directly and through more than 250 branches.

Ascot Barclay Group staff Programme Managed the implementation of a new CRM solution focused on improving customer acquisition and management and the implementation of the Britannia Customer Loyalty Programme. Here we helped identify and select appropriate ICT vendors and managed 3rd party suppliers and systems implementers and managed the change & transformation to ensure a successful on time and in budget delivery of the programme.
