BT is the Official Communications Services Partner and a Sustainability Partner for the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games.

Ascot Barclay Programme Directors and staff were responsible for delivering a 12 month Empirical Study working with Industrial Psychologists from US San Diego University. The Programme focused on defining and measuring the sales and leadership competencies necessary to improve business performance and customer satisfaction. Statistical analysis was compiled following interviews by us and our stateside partners with 1000's of BT staff and Managers.

The results were used to improve employee engagement, search and selection and improved placement of staff into roles that better meet their competency levels in key areas matched to the requirements of the role they are employed to undertake.
