The Ascot Barclay Team consisting of over 40 staff and associates delivered Programme & Change Management focused on improving point of sale (POS) efficiency and regulatory compliance. Using Lean Methodologies and a 'Systems Thinking' approach we redesigned business process's, trained Financial Advisors and Managers in new regulator requirements and implemented new technologies to underpin and support operational business processes'.

We delivered employee engagement initiatives and assisted with developing strategies, processes and technologies for improving customer acquisition, retention and management.
