The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) are London's largest employer, for 12 months a team from Ascot Barclay managed, lead and delivered an enterprise wide, high value, ICT upgrade and Change Management Programme which impacted all 32 London Boroughs and the Met's 60,000 Officers & Staff.

Our SC and NPPV security vetted staff worked on client site at the Department of Information (DOI) and New Scotland Yard our team was responsible for defining implementation strategy, P&L, managing 3rd party suppliers and vendors, training and mentoring change managers, project planning and implementation of lean processes.

Working alongside senior police officers across the organisation to help define, agree and implement programme strategy and the realisation of clear business benefits and ROI.
