Our SC and NPPV security vetted staff worked on client site at the Department of Information (DOI) and New Scotland Yard our team was responsible for defining implementation strategy, P&L, managing 3rd party suppliers and vendors, training and mentoring change managers, project planning and implementation of lean processes.
