The world is in a rapid state of change and the need for transformational leadership in the modern world has never been greater. Ascot Barclay PITOC™ licensed Certification Programme enables change leaders master business and Transformation from a human Perspective.
Traditionally set over a 5 day period, this programme is designed to provide change leaders and ambassadors of change with a forum to learn from the successful, and sometimes not so successful, ‘real world’ experiences of one another as well as from practitioners, trainers and experts in human aspects of change, breakthrough performance and organisational transformation. Central to the course are individual workshops (Typically 1 day a week for 6 weeks or delivered as a 5 day intensive) which comprise the philosophy of PITOC™:
• Introduction to the fundamentals of change and transformation
• Personal – Being the Leader of Change – YOU as the Catalyst for Change
• Interpersonal- engaging with others and communicating effectively
• Team-Building, leading and managing teams through the change process
• Organisation - The Drivers for Change, Types of Change, Tools and Methodologies
• Certification Optional Licensing by Examination for the Professional Strategic Change Officer (SCO)
1. Dynamically enhance leadership skills or sponsorship in a change and Transformational Initiative
2. Understand group dynamics and how to overcome resistance to change
3. Utilise the skills of a charismatic leader to influence positive outcomes.
4. Visualise Challenges from a new perspective in order to attain progressive solutions
5. Nurture the confidence and skills to take charge of stressed projects with a view to getting them back on track
6. Set up new change Initiatives while reducing risk and increasing success ratios.
7. Engage and lead others in the change process
8. Assess your own and others resistance to change.
