Refund policy

A full refund will be given if we are notified within 7 days of purchase/receipt of goods or services (whichever is longer). After 7 days cancellations for pre-paid goods or services must be received in writing no later than 30 working days prior to the start date of the provision of services less any costs already incurred. If notification of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the date of the provision of services any refund will be at the discretion of Ascot Barclay Group ltd. In the unlikely event of us being unable to provide the service a full refund will be provided less any costs already incurred.
